At Snifmist, we create artisanal fragrances in small batches. Due to the nature of perfumery products and in accordance with hygiene, safety, and consumer protection standards, we maintain a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy.
No Returns | No Refunds | No Exchanges
All purchases made on [snifmist.com] are final and non-returnable.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Dislike of fragrance or performance
• Subjective expectations of scent, longevity, or projection
• Skin chemistry reactions or sensitivity
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
Perfumes are personal-use consumables. Once dispatched, they cannot be accepted back for hygiene and quality-control reasons.
Limited Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Product
We will only consider a replacement (not a refund) if:
• The product arrives physically damaged, or
• The wrong product is delivered
Mandatory Conditions:
• Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
• A clear, unedited, continuous unboxing video is required
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the claim.
Resolution will be provided solely at our discretion.
No Refunds in Any Scenario
Please note:
• Refunds are not issued, even for approved claims
• Approved cases will be resolved via replacement only
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Our products enter processing immediately due to limited batch production. Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be entertained.
Non-Returnable Items (Absolute)
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
• Opened or used perfumes
• Discovery sets / sample kits
• Limited-edition or artisanal batches
• Discounted, gifted, or promotional items
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or unforeseen events do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or cancellations.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [badvel, Andhra Pradesh].
