Refund & Return Policy
At Snifmist, we strive to ensure that every customer has a great experience with our products. Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we have a limited return and refund policy.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
To request a return, please contact us with your order details and clear images of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened or used perfume products
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products without original packaging
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Replacement
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
